Yoshlar Ventures is a corporate venture fund under Uzbekistan's Youth Affairs Agency, investing in startups at pre-seed and seed stages. The fund backs young founders with check sizes of up to USD 400,000 and supports teams in scaling to global markets. Its portfolio covers EdTech, FinTech, AdTech, and other technology-driven sectors. IT Park
IT Park Uzbekistan is a technology park established in 2019 under the Ministry of Digital Technologies to drive the growth of the country's IT sector. The park brings together more than 2,000 resident companies and offers tax incentives, infrastructure, the IT Visa program, and support for entering international markets. It places particular emphasis on startup development, educational initiatives, and IT service exports as part of the "Digital Uzbekistan 2030" strategy. UzVC is Uzbekistan's national fund of funds under the Ministry of Economy and Finance, established in 2020 as the country's first venture capital structure. The fund backs both local and international fund managers, developing Uzbekistan's venture capital ecosystem and channeling foreign capital into Central Asia. By 2030, UzVC plans to deploy approximately USD 100 million, acting as an anchor investor for a number of new funds.
