Republican Center for Management of Telecommunication Networks of Uzbekistan

The Republican Center for Management of Telecommunication Networks of Uzbekistan is a state unitary enterprise under the Ministry of Digital Technologies and the country's key operational body for managing telecommunication networks and resources. The center's functions include radio monitoring and assessment of mobile service quality, oversight of coverage zones and operator performance, frequency resource management, and technical support of the national telecom infrastructure. It participates in state initiatives to liberalize the telecommunications market, develop backbone networks, and ensure cybersecurity in collaboration with relevant agencies. As an AICA resident, the center contributes to developing the data transmission infrastructure needed for AI deployment and helps build a reliable digital foundation for Uzbekistan's AI ecosystem.
