UZINFOCOM

UZINFOCOM is the single integrator of Uzbekistan's state information systems, established in 2002 by Presidential Decree and operating under the Ministry of Digital Technologies. The center serves as the administrator of the national top-level .UZ domain (under an ICANN agreement since 2002), operator of the country's first DC-UZ data center (since 2009), and technical operator of key government services — the unified portal my.gov.uz (EPIGU), the President's virtual reception pm.gov.uz, the public opinion portal meningfikrim.uz, and the ZiyoNet educational platform. UZINFOCOM develops its own products in e-government, biometrics, artificial intelligence, and operating systems (the Linux-based Xinux), and runs large-scale educational initiatives such as Ustudy IT Academy, Cyber Summer Camp, and One Million Coders. As an AICA resident, the center contributes to building national AI infrastructure, providing the digital foundation for state AI services, and developing talent for Uzbekistan's AI ecosystem.
